i had a lovely birthday earlier this week. took a day trip out of the city to sleepy hollow! and on my birthday had a really nice dinner of vegan Korean food. it was crazy elaborate and beautiful in presentation. lots of little things and interesting flavor combos. i also got the best package from some of my favorite ladies filled with chocolate and a pretty teapot, which I used right away for my morning tea.
because I am a little old lady in the body of a 27 year old I made this stamp on my b-day. the design is from an old book and i thought it would be a perfect stamp. it was just going to be for practice—this is the second hand carved stamp i've made, but I loved the way it came out so much.
