Hand and Hand

If you've ever had a crazy good idea that you took a chance on, then you have something in common with Carrie Strine. She's just released the inaugural issue of Hand and Hand, an e-zine that's filled with beautiful images and illustrations, and thoughtful essays by makers like Lisa Congdon, Shabd Simon-Alexander, Sally EnglandGrace Danico and even Carrie's Grandpa (awwww).  I'm very proud to be one of the contributors to this first issue which is all about the knot....
Our first issue, The Knot, is a celebration of knots in our lives both physically and metaphorically, and as used in practice across multiple mediums by a new generation of American makers. Explore french knots, tied quilts, macramé, fisherman’s knots, the unit of measure and tie-dye through sophisticated projects and words by makers.
Hand and Hand is available right here for purchase.  I hope you'll support a crazy, wonderful, beautiful idea and I know you'll enjoy it...
