Had a blast teaching at Brooklyn Craft Camp this past Saturday. Everything was beautifully planned and decorated by Brett Bara. Her craft camp events are filled with colorful, fun loving details from the tinsel banners, photobooth decor, nummy lunches and all the rad projects to make!
My classes made embroidered sequin bracelets. Metal triangle sequins? Gold and neon? Yes please! They looked so good!
This was the photobooth backdrop! I might have goofed it up a bit in there....
The results of the glass etching class taught by Michelle Edgemont looked beautiful.
Everyone was talking about the terrarium class & the tiny drama filled figurines they put in them.
I loved seeing all the custom stamps and stationery that came out of Julie's class of Your Secret Admiral.
The highlight of the event for me was hearing Jenni Radosevich of I Spy DIY dish as the keynote speaker about how she started out, her book, I Spy DIY Style, photography, and what her craft space looks like–it's just her 350 sq ft apartment! Very inspiring. Very fun day.
p.s lots more craft camp goodness here #bkcraftcamp
The camp was such a fun time—I am so happy I got to experience it, and it was so nice to meet you! I am obsessed with the bracelet I made—I wore it yesterday, and am wearing it now :) Thanks so much for the great instruction! You can see my post on the camp on my blog today if you'd like!
