Hope you all had a great weekend! It was lovely and I as usual was mostly a hermit in my apartment baking and stitching away. I get a bee in my bonnet to make sweet things all the time. Saturday: Apple Crisp, for breakfast! Late, very late, silly late on Sunday: Chewy chocolate chip with vegan butterscotch chips!
Ha! Hey Rebecca, Just two blocks from us is a Hasidic Jewish community and they have so many dairy free options. From ice cream, to fancy cookies, sour cream, soup stock and many cooking chip flavors. Full of hydrogenated oils, but oh well, it's just a sometimes kind of thing. You should check it out one day!
